REFUND POLICY

Effective date: August 17, 2024

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your purchase must be unused. If you purchased a trial membership and it exceeded the 30-day limit, you will not receive a refund for the time after the trial membership concluded.  

  • Only regularly-priced items may be refunded, there are no refunds for discounted offerings.

     

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted for certain circumstances.

1. If you have purchased a Shift With Lucy virtual or in-person class series or a recorded online course, training, or series and can no longer participate due to illness, schedule, or life change, we will refund your purchase minus processing fees, classes attended, and time access to all recordings prior to the date of the request for refund.

2. If you have purchased in-person or virtual private sessions and can no longer attend in person or virtually, you will receive a refund on unused private sessions minus processing fees.

3. If you have an online membership you no longer use, you can cancel said membership (see below). If this membership is canceled between payment cycles, you will continue to have access to the membership up until your payment cycle has completed.

Canceling your Membership

  1. Log in to your profile
  2. Click your profile picture and scroll past "My Library" and click on Settings
  3. At the top right navigation of this page click on Billing Info
  4. Scroll to Active Subscriptions
  5. Click on the three dots in the Membership box
  6. Click Cancel subscription
